Valparaiso Events welcomes you to participate in the 38th Annual Valparaiso Popcorn Festival! Please follow the instructions carefully. Applicants not following directions may have their application deleted and will have to begin again. Vendor Booths & Parade Spots are FILLED for this year! Thank you for your interest in the Valparaiso Popcorn Festival! Check back next year for applications to the 2017 festival.

This is a 2 Step Process.

  APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED FOR THIS YEAR. 

1st Step: APPLICATION & JURIED SELECTION for Vendors & Parade Applicants

• To begin the application process for 2016, click the "JURIED APPLICATION" button.
• Prices are listed within the application.
• After you complete your online application, a member of our team will email you within 5 business days with a reply.
• If accepted, you will be granted an access code to log back in and continue on to the Registration and Payment step.

2nd Step: ACCEPTANCE, REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

If you have already applied and have been accepted you may still go in and pay for your space. Quickest payment method of payment at this point would be to call our office at 219-464-8332 and pay over the phone by credit card.

• Click 'Dashboard';
• Click 'View Schedule' for 2016 Popcorn Fest Application & Registration to add your 2016 selections;
• Click 'Add Items'
